SUBSTANCE: invention concerns new compounds of the formula (I), their isomers and pharmaceutically acceptable salts. In the general formula (I) 
A is (II) 
; X1 is methylene; X2 is CN, CHO, C(O)R6; X6 is a link; R1 is R13C(O)-; R2 is hydrogen; R3 is selected out of group including H, phenyl-(C0-6)alkyl, (C1-6)alkyl, optionally substituted by -X6OR9 group; R4 is H or (C1-6)alkyl; or R3 and R4 form (C3-8)cycloalkylene together with carbon atom to which R3, R4 are linked; R5 is (C1-9)alkyl, benzyl. Invention also concerns compounds of formulae (la), (lb), (Ic), and pharmaceutical composition based on the claimed compounds.
EFFECT: new compounds inhibiting cathepsin.
