FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to food industry. The proposed method envisages the pulp being squeezed, dried in a fluidised bed with normal pressure superheated vapour at a temperature of 150-155°C and delivered into the layer, initially (during 240 seconds) - at a rate of 3 m/s, afterwards (till the process termination) - at that of 2 m/s. Every 60 seconds the pulp is brought into a state of pulse vibroboling at an amplitude of 7 mm and frequency of 12.5 Hz for 3 seconds. The invention enables the product quality improvement due to implementation of a programmed mode of the drier agent delivery as well as the production process energy efficiency enhancement due to maintenance of the optimum rate of the drier agent flow.
EFFECT: product quality improvement due to implementation of a programmed mode of the drier agent delivery as well as the production process energy efficiency enhancement due to maintenance of the optimum rate of the drier agent flow.
