FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: method of automatic control of disperse materials drying process is characterised by that it involves drying of initial material in a vibrofluidised bed using superheated steam under a vacuum with separation of waste superheated steam into two flows. Additionally measured flow rate and humidity material before and after drying, amplitude and frequency of oscillations of the vibrofluidized bed, negative pressure of the superheated steam in the drying process, consumption and temperature of superheated steam at the inlet of fluidized layer of material consumption of waste superheated steam directed into a condenser, consumption and temperature of cold water flow rates of operating steam and coolant vapors condensate level in pressure pipe and water in the steam generator, vapour pressure in steam generator. As a result the required parameters of the drying process are determined.

EFFECT: obtaining of the ready product high quality, increase yield and reduction of specific heat and power costs.
