FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to food industry and agro-industry. The method envisages the material drying within a pulse vibrofluidised layer with overheated steam under underpressure equal to 0.025…0.030 MPa. Exhaust overheated steam is divided in two flows. One flow is delivered for overheating with heating steam and then returned for drying, thus to form a recirculation circuit. The second flow in a quantity equal to that of moisture having evaporated from the material for creation of 0.025…0.030 MPa underpressure during condensation in counterflow with cold water. From the condensate generated one draws the quality required for creation of underpressure with further cooling and return for condensation, thus to form a recirculation circuit. Condensate cooling is performed through recuperative exchange of heat with coolant vapours resulting from coolant ejection with operating steam under a pressure of 0.8…1.0 MPa. The mixture of operating steam and coolant agent, produced after ejecting, generates heating steam under a pressure of 0.2…0.3 MPa that is delivered for steam overheating; heating steam condensate thus produced is returned for operating steam and coolant preparation, thus to form a recirculation circuit. A device for the method implementation is additionally produced.
