FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: continuous rotor-type heater relates to heating engineering and can be used for heat and hot water supply to the industrial and household facilities. The heater comprises a stationary casing with a cylindrical cavity, its walls are fitted with intake and outlet channels and two openings of a bypass channel. A rotor is mounted in the cylindrical casing cavity with a gap, it is fixed on the shaft of the electrical engine and made as a disc with radial rows of holes which are facing blind holes made on the opposite casing surfaces. Additionally, a second cylindrical cavity is made in the casing and the rotor is equipped with a second disc set with a gap in the second cylindrical casing cavity. Through holes analogous to the holes in the first casing cavity and first rotor disc are made in the second casing cavity on the opposite surfaces and in the second rotor disc. Both casing cavities are connected to each other by the bypass channel with one its opening being placed at the periphery of the first casing cavity and the other - at the centre of the second casing cavity. The intake channel is placed in the centre of the first casing cavity and the outlet channel - at the periphery of the second casing cavity.
EFFECT: increasing the heater efficiency.
