FIELD: physics, measuring.
SUBSTANCE: use: for determination of the dielectric and dynamic magnetic conductivity of substances. Essence: consists that determination of dielectric ε and dynamic magnetic conductivity μ of substances with a direct-current conductivity æ<20 mcm/cm in a frequency band of 10 KHz - 100 MHz is performed by means of the complete set of solenoidal coils of the identical size (L-cells) connected to a spark circuit of a Q-metre, thus for simultaneous definition of ε and μ on each frequency two measuring L-cells of the different inductance, attuned on a resonance on this frequency, and values are used ε and μ pay off on relations: , where C'1 and C"1 - resonant capacities of used L-cells before introduction in them of substances; C'0 and C"0 - their natural capacities; ΔC' and ΔC"- detrusions of resonant capacity at input of explored substance; α is the stationary value of L-cells depending on their geometrical sizes and spotted on measuring of detrusion of their resonant capacity at input of chemically pure organic antimagnetic fluids with known ε value and |μ-1|<10-4.
EFFECT: possibility of determination of terrain clearance value of an inductivity of substances in midget vortex electric fields of the inductive L-cells with simultaneous definition of dynamic magnetic conductivity of substances.
