SUBSTANCE: method includes blanching and mincing garlic and mixing it with table salt and black bitter pepper to prepare mince; cutting and beating pork, putting mince on pork, rolling and frying in melted fat to prepare rolls; cutting and frying in melted fat potatoes; freezing fresh green peas; mixing potatoes, green peas and table salt without oxygen access to prepare garnish; packing rolls, garnish and melted fat with following sealing and sterilising of the recipe components.
EFFECT: improved digestibility.
