SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing meat-and-vegetable canned food. The canned food is prepared by blanching and mincing garlic, mixing it with table salt and black bitter pepper to obtain mince, chopping and beating pork. Minced meat is put on the pork, rolled and fried in the melted fat to obtain rolls. Potatoes are cut, blanched and strained. String beans are cut and frozen. Potatoes, string beans, milk and table salt are mixed to obtain garnish. Rolls, garnish and melted fat are packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: production of tinned food which has improved digestibility.
