FIELD: medicine; cardiology.
SUBSTANCE: following factors are determined in patients after coronary shunting - availability of tobacco smoking, level of cholesterol of low density lipoproteins of blood plasma more than 3.5 mM/l, triglycerides more than 1.7 mM/l, cholesterol of high density lipoproteins less than 1.0 mM/l, multi-vascular (three and more) obstructing lesion of coronary channel, partial revasculisation, low physical tolerance (less than 50 W), higher level of end-diastolic pressure of left heart ventricle (more than 12 mm of mercury). Extent of risk of unfavourable cardiovascular events development - myocardial infarctions, acute disturbances of brain blood circulation, fatal outcomes - at the stages of 10-year monitoring after surgical intervention with availability of all eight factors makes 100%, if seven factors are present - 62.5%, six - 64.7%, five - 10.5%, four - 25%, three - 12.5%. If two factors and less are available, unfavourable cardiovascular events have not been registered for 10 years (0%). High risk of unfavourable cardiovascular events development is determined in patients with availability of 6 and more researched factors and makes 66.7%, while availability of less than 6 factors reduces this risk down to 13.3%.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of unfavourable cardiovascular events prediction.
