SUBSTANCE: machine comprises bed plate, two horizontal cutting heads with tool, electric drive of spindles, carriage, mechanism for working feed of blanks and mechanism of carriage return. At that carriage is arranged with the possibility of installation and fixation of two, three or four blanks. At that machine is equipped with controlled movable supports for additional fixation of lower blank that is installed and fixed in carriage, set of replaceable supports for additional fixation of upper blank installed and fixed in carriage, device for simultaneous lift and turn of upper and lower blanks around vertical axis at any angle with pitch of 15°. Device comprises one bearing and two embedded detachable beams with two installed rotary tables with holes for spring-loaded fixators, compression screw, spring, compression stem, two carriers, two press disks with grooves, two levers and stem, at that upper part of carriage is arranged in the form of frame with aperture, through which blanks are installed into working position and through which in special grooves of carriage body two embedded detachable beams are installed, on one of which rotary table is mounted, and on the other one - power circuit parts for simultaneous clamping and turn of two blanks.
EFFECT: improved quality of processing, higher capacity, expansion of technological resources of processing, higher efficiency factor of blanks working feed.
