FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises supports, body that is fixed to plate, on which drive is installed, facility for billet fastening in its middle part arranged in the form of cylindrical rotor having round or polyhedral shape of internal surface in cross section. At that drive is arranged with the possibility of torque transfer to rotor with the help of chain transmission and one or two sprockets, which are fixed in rotor, and on internal surface of rotor screws are tightened for fastening of billet. At that rotor is installed in body on sliding bearings.
EFFECT: improved quality of processing, increased efficiency, reduced production costs, expanded technological resources.
