FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: device (duplex blank rotation and delivery module) provides for holding and fixation of any shape blank by its middle part for rotation and regular feed which enables simultaneous treatment of the both free ends. The module consists of two support-mounted slides, two friction bearing mounted rotors, a rolling-contact bearing mounted platform, a drive for regular feed and rotation of two blanks, a drive screw with differently directed thread and a mechanism automatically tensioning the rotor spinning drive chain. Each slide contains a plate with an inner channel.
EFFECT: improved treatment quality; enhanced performance; minimisation of process expenditures; extension of functional capabilities.
