SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a device and method for dosing and packaging semi-solid food products, including butter. The device for dosing and filling semi-solid food products contains a hopper for feeding a food product and a unit for collecting and dispensing a dose into a container. The hopper contains a body, a double screw conveyor. Conveyor augers are angled in the horizontal plane with auger drive means. The assembly and dispensing unit contains a forming tube, a nozzle, a knife and a knife drive mechanism. The set and dispensing unit also contains at least two sleeves with one-piece pistons and a specially shaped spool valve. The spool valve has at least two spools. In this case, the spools and pistons are synchronized in the mode of alternate rotation of the spools in the position of "uptake" / "dispensing" of the dose of the food product and the movement of the pistons in the sleeves down / up. The knife drive means contains a clamp, a lever, a screw. By turning the screw, the position of the clamp is adjusted with the possibility of changing the lever arm and the amplitude of the knife stroke. The forming tube additionally contains guides at the outlet. The guides are made in the form of protruding corners formed by two triangular inclined sidewalls. In the method of dosing and filling semi-solid food products, three stages are carried out, the food product is fed into the hopper and its advance by a screw conveyor, with the possibility of displacing free air bubbles from the food product until a homogeneous mass is obtained and an increased pressure is created, and the dosing and filling process is carried out by means of a dosing device and packaging of semi-solid food products according to paragraphs 1-3. Product collection into the uptake and dose dispensing unit, in which the alternate rotation of the spools in the “uptake” / “dispensing” position of the product dose is synchronized with the up / down movement of the pistons in the sleeves in such a way that when the slide is turned to the dose “uptake” position, the piston moves to the sleeve downward, additionally creating a reduced pressure in the cavity of the sleeve to pull the product into the spool and the sleeve, and when the spool is turned to the position of "dispensing" the dose, the piston moves upward, pushing the food product out of the sleeve and the spool into the forming pipe, squeezing the product out of the forming pipe through the nozzle or without into a container and cutting off the product dose with a knife.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides the achievement of the technical result, which consists in increasing productivity and ease of use while ensuring the continuity of the process of work with an increase in the accuracy of dosing and while ensuring the optimization and simplicity of the device design.
