FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: filler loading from the warehouse of storage is carried with a spiral conveyor with a suction socket and control of its weight on a mobile robot-unloader. The process of dosing, grinding and mixing, for no more than three minutes, of the medicated preparation and the filler, which amount is 30% of all the necessary mixture for preparing the working premix, and feeding it to the main mixer is carried out by the robot-depanner. It works on a program set by the microprocessor. The dose of a medicated preparation is considered on the norm of its adding depending on the weight of the animal, which needs the whole cycle of treatment from the disease occurred. The resultant working premix and the remainder of the filler fraction of 70% is fed into the main mixer and simultaneously, for no more than four minutes, is mixed to obtain feed-medicated mixture in one step.
EFFECT: use of a group of inventions enables to improve the quality of preparing the feed-medicated mixtures for animals.
