FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to medicine, in particular to nephrology and endocrinology. Method for diagnostics of diabetic nephropathy pre-clinical stage in children with insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus, when protein is not detected in general clinical examination of urine, is characterised by the fact that protein fractions of urine separated with the help of electrophoresis in gradient 8-25% polyacrylamide gel with detergent dodecyl sulfate are examined, and if single fraction of albumin with molecular mass of 67 kDa is detected in uroproteinogram in amount up to 26 mg/l, patient condition is interpreted as norm; if the following proteins with molecular mass of 58-156 kDa are detected in addition to albumin: transferrin, haptoglobin, IgG, postalbumin and prealbumin, glomerular disfunction is diagnosed; if the following proteins with molecular mass from 10 to 58 kDa are detected: ribonuclease, monomer haemoglobin, retinol-binding protein, light chains IgG, α1-microglobulin, α1-acid glycoproteid - tubular disfunction is diagnosed; if proteins with molecular mass from 10 to 156 kDa are detected - combined affection is diagnosed.
EFFECT: provides for diagnostics of nephropathy in diabetes mellitus patients at pre-clinical stage, in period of functional changes, when therapeutic measures assist in elimination of these changes.
