FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves sampling a patient's daily urine and determining the maximum specific weight, titratable acidity, urine α1-microglobulin and albumin, calculating a renal injury index by formula; if the renal injury index X<800, the study can be referred to a group with a preferential tubule injury, and the function of X≥800 enables referring to the group with the preferential glomerulus injury.
EFFECT: diagnostic technique enables high-reliability diagnosis of the injury of the nephron, its glomerule or tubule, reduced material studying expenses.
