SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to experimental biology. In order to diagnose nephropathy in case of alloxane diabetes in experimental animals in erythrocytes and kidney tissue concentration of malonic dialdehides (MDA) and simultaneously activity of Na+,K+-ATP-ase of kidney tissue are determined. If MDA values are 8.65±0.47 nmol/ml of erythrocytal weight and higher, and in cells of cortex and main substance of kidney tissue respectively 4.39±0.18 and 6.62±0.17 nmol/mg of protein and higher and values of activity Na+,K+-ATP-ase of cortex and medullary substances of kidney tissue are 3.18±0.22 and 4.38±0.13 mcmol "Рн"/mg of protein/hour and lower respectively, in microsomal fraction of cortex and medullary substances of kidney tissue 2.01±0.048 and 3.25±0.039 mcmol "Рн"/mg protein/hour, in mitochondrial fraction of cortex and medullary substances of kidney tissue1.09±0.029 and 1.9±0.053 mcmol "Рн"/mg protein/hour and lower, diabetic nephropathy is diagnosed in case of alloxane diabetes.
EFFECT: method allows to extend idea of pathogenetic mechanisms of nephropathy nephropathy.
