FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: present invention pertains to means of generating electrical energy and can be used in peasant farms, where there are no power lines, and in emergencies leading to power failure in human dwellings. The generator has a battery of thermoelectric modules, a household furnace and a water circulation system. The water circulation system has a reserve water tank, water-steam pump, liquid heat sink of the thermoelectric generator and a warm water consumer, closed by water pipelines to the reserve water tank. Circulation of water in the system is provided for by the water-steam pump, brought into contact with the hot part of the furnace. Water in the pipelines is transmitted to the warm water consumer. Surplus water goes into the reserve water tank, where it goes into the water-steam pump again.

EFFECT: provision for circulation of water in the heat removal system in the absence of electricity, increased reliability of the structure, and provision for warm running water.
