FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: under the method proposed seeds are rinsed, soaked and couched for obtainment of 2 mm long sprouts. The soaking lasts 12 hours with the grain vs. water ratio being 1:5. For the couching the seeds are maintained packed in bags (first - cotton, then - plastic) at a ambient temperature of 18-20°C and relative air humidity of 60-80% for 12 more hours.
EFFECT: grain sprouting process acceleration.
