SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture and agricultural machine building, in particular, to methods and devices for bioactivation of forage grain as fodder for animals. The method for bioactivation of forage grain is characterised by the fact that forage grain is couched in a closed container, which is filled so that there is space for air and swelling of grain. The container with grain is filled with water at a certain ratio, depending on the type of forage grain, afterwards, the forage frain is aerated automatically every 4 hours within one minute with speed of container rotation of not more than 30 rpm. The device for realisation of the method for bioactivation of forage grain is made on the basis of a concrete mixing machine, comprising a frame, a drive, a drum rotating around its axis with the possibility of rotation in the perpendicular plane of rotation, is additionally equipped with a tight cover, a detachable sieve and a time relay.

EFFECT: using the specified group of the invention will make it possible to evenly couch forage grain and to produce high-quality fodder product.
