SUBSTANCE: method of manufacturing of preserved food of special purpose includes preparation of recipe components, cutting, blanching and grinding-in of white roots and raw onions, freezing and shredding sugar peas and herbs, shredding of rabbit meat, browning of wheat flour in melted butter, mixing of specified components with bone broth, white dry wine, salt, citric acid, and CO2-extracts of biomass of micromitset Pythium catenulatum, black pepper and laurel leaf. The mixture is packed in alumina tubes, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: canned food for a space feeding has a raised comprehensibility in comparison with a similar culinary dish.
