FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing canned first-course dishes for space feeding. The method includes preparation of the recipe components by cutting, blanching and straining white roots and onions; freezing green beans and green; mincing poultry; browning wheat flour in the melted butter. The above-mentioned ingredients are mixed with bone broth, white dry wine, culinary salt, citric acid and CO2-extracts of Pythium, Saprolegnia or Mortierella biomass, hot black pepper and laurel leaf. The resultant mixture is packaged in aluminium tubes, vacuum-sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: production of canned food with increased digestibility.
