SUBSTANCE: tinned food is made by coriander leaves cutting and frosting, "adugeiskiy" cheese grating and mixing of listed ingredients without access of oxygen with table salt, khmeli-suneli and red hot pepper to get mince, chopping of chicken fillet, placing mince on it, rolling it to get rolls, cucumbers and tomatoes cutting and blanching, lettuce cutting and frosting and mixing all listed components without oxygen access with table salt and calcium ascorbate to get a side dish, packing of rolls, side dish and chicken broth, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: preserves have improved digestibility in comparison with similar culinary dish.
