FIELD: medicine; traumatology.

SUBSTANCE: stabilometer analysis is performed twice: prior to and after standard step-test. Frontal motion of total mass centre (TMC) and its position relative to pain syndrome, as well as amplitude-frequency characteristic of statokinesiograms and frontal enhancement of tonic muscle component are compared. 4 functional groups are marked out concerning signs including total mass centre displacement and enhancement of tonic muscle component within frontal statokinesiograms prior to and after standard step-test, including, in treatment dynamics.

EFFECT: possibility to objectify and to optimise rehabilitation mechanism of specified patient, to predict the outcome, to qualify suitability of exclusively conservative management and to estimate joint function in whole, not assenting actually articulate changes only.
