FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: radiopaque medium is introduced in volume of age-determined physiological bladder capacity. Bladder is filled fractionally; at first 50% of physiological bladder capacity is filled. Roentgenography follows. Then physiological bladder capacity is 100% filled. If radiopaque medium regurgitates with ureter 50% filled without radiopaque medium regurgitation with ureter 100%, intermittent vesicoureteral reflux is diagnosed.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of vesicoureteral reflux diagnostics ensured with detection of intermittent forms.
