SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to urology, and is intended for ultrasound diagnostics of vesioureteral reflux. Water stress is performed by filling urinary bladder by increased drinking regimen until vesical tenesmus with further diuretic stress. In lying position of patient by means of static ultrasound cystography determined are initial dimensions of urinary bladder, ureters and pyelocaliceal systems, as well as their volumes at each fifth minute of examination performance until spontaneous urination. Determined are ultrasound criteria of estimation of passive reflux degree during visualisation of expansion of certain ureter and/or pyelocaliceal system sections. Mictional ultrasound examination is performed. Determined are ultrasound criteria for estimation of active reflux degree during visualisation of expansion of certain sections of ureter and/or pyelocaliceal system.

EFFECT: reduction of duration of vesicoureteral reflux diagnostics and increase of diagnostics efficiency.
