Abstract RU 2283621 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method involves sequentially introducing radiopaque substance under X-ray control in the amount equal to urinary bladder volume determined in conformance with age-specific reference values. Then urinary bladder X-ray examination is carried out. The urinary bladder is filled in fractional way. First, 50% of physiologic urinary bladder volume is filled. Radiopaque substance arising in ureter being detected, and its rising height is to be determined. Then, 90% of physiologic urinary bladder volume is filled. The radiopaque substance rising height being found unchanged, I degree vesicoureteral reflux is to be diagnosed if the substance has risen to pelvic cystoid level.
