FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: molder contains operating copper walls, each of them is affixed by stud bolts with spacer block. In each copper wall and spacer block there are implemented cooling parallel-plate duct. In angular ledge, implemented all around the copper wall, by means of pad weld method it is implemented connecting spacer in the form of framework. In spacer block all around the edge there are implemented chamfers for closed weld seam, sealed connecting copper operating wall and spacer block. Stud bolts are welded on between cooling channels and uniformly distributed by plane of copper operating wall.
EFFECT: reliability improvement of walls sealing, increasing of its mechanical rigidity.
