FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: proposed mixer is used to prepare foam concrete and high-uniformity polystyrene concrete in volume over short period of time (about 4 minutes); at that, mix mixing time does not depend on density of prepared solution (foam concrete or polystyrene concrete. In the process of rotation, the mixture is rotated by means of an engine, the shaft of which and rotor shaft with blades are located not on one axis and the rotor rotation shaft and the engine shaft are connected by V-belt transmission, and the upper part of the rotor shaft is placed inside the sleeve so that the shaft body length is not less than 1/3 of the shaft length.
EFFECT: invention is intended for use in construction industry for preparation of concrete mixtures, such as foam concrete and polystyrene concrete, as well as other fine-grained concrete mixtures and their supply to destination.
