Invention claims organic silicon compounds of the general formula I , obtained by catalysed interaction of silanes of general formula II with alcohols of general formula R'-OH, with removal of R^IV-OH. Mol ratio of R'-OH and R^IVO-groups is at least 1, and R^IV-OH is removed from reaction mix in continuous or periodic mode.

EFFECT: obtaining organic silicon compounds applicable as adhesion promotion agents in rubber mixes with reinforcement fillers.
