FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to benzothiazole-containing silanes and their use in rubber mixtures. Benzothiazole-containing silane of the formula (I) is proposed, in which R1 is R4O-group, where R4 is methyl, ethyl or propyl; R2 is a group of simple alkyl polyester –O-(R5-O)m-R6, where R5 has the same values and is an unbranched saturated aliphatic divalent hydrocarbon group C1-C30, m is a number from 1 to 30, and R6 is a branched or unbranched alkyl group C1-C30; R3 is an unbranched saturated aliphatic divalent hydrocarbon group C1-C30; x is a number from 2 to 4; n is 0, 1 or 2. A method is also proposed for obtaining the claimed silanes by the interaction of benzothiazole-containing silanes of the formula (II) with a compound of the formula R2-H, where R1, R2, R3, x and n have the above-mentioned values. The use of the specified silanes as additives in rubber mixtures and rubber mixtures with their content are also proposed.
EFFECT: proposed benzothiazole-containing silanes have improved recyclability in rubber mixtures at high parameters of rubber mixtures and products made of them.
