FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns metal complex compositions and their application as catalysts. Invention claims metal complex catalyst for polymerisation or copolymerisation catalysis of ethylene-unsaturated additive polymerised monomers, obtained by reaction of A) metal complex of formula 2: where M1 is lanthanum, cerium, praseodymium, neodymium or promethium; N is nitrogen; X is fluoride, chloride, bromide or iodide independently for each case; D is tetrahydrofuran (THF), 1,2-dimethoxyethane (DME), triethanolamine (TEA), tetramethylethylenediamine (TMEDA), diethyl ether (Et2O); y is 1; t is 1; RA and RB are C1-8 aliphatic hydrocarbyl indenpendently in each case; where two (RA)(RB)N ligands are linked only over M1; and B) at least one activation agent selected out of: a) C1-30boron-organic or aluminium-organic compounds; b) oligomer alumoxanes, where A) and B) come to contact in reaction medium at -78°C to 250°C. Also invention claims metal complex catalyst for polymerisation or copolymerisation catalysis of ethylene-unsaturated additive polymerised monomers, obtained by reaction of A) at least one metal complex of formula 3, 4 and 5, where: R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8, R9, R10 and X2 are hydrocarbyl, hydrogen or halide atom independently for each case; MI is lanthanum, cerium, praseodymium, neodymium or promethium; MII is lithium, sodium, potassium or magnesium; N is nitrogen; XI is fluoride, chloride, bromide or iodide; D is tetrahydrofuran (THF), 1,2-dimethoxyethane (DME), or diethyl ether (Et2O); for formula 3: t, s, k, I, ii = 0; for formula 4: t=2; s=0,1,2; o=1,2; p=2; k=0; i, ii=1; for formula 5: t=4, s=2, o=2, p=2; k=0; i, ii=1; and B) at least one activation agent selected out of: a) C1-30boron-organic or aluminium-organic compounds; b) oligomer alumoxanes, where A) and B) come to contact in reaction medium at -78°C to 250°C.
EFFECT: improved catalytic properties of catalyst.
