FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns ferrous metallurgy and can be used at production of electrotechnical anisotropic (transformer) steel. For forming of additional inhibitor phase method includes steelmaking, containing, wt %: carbon not more than 0.05, manganese 0.15-0.4, silicon 3.0-3.5, copper 0.4-0.6, aluminium 0.018-0.03, nitrogen 0.008-0.012, iron and unavoidable impurities - the rest, at fulfillment of ratio: aluminium/nitrogen in the range 2.3-3.5, continuous casting of steel, rough and finishing hot rolling, double-ply cold rolling with interim decarbonise annealing for carbon removing, nitriding in the temperature range 700-850°C in atmosphere, containing dissociated ammonia, high-temperature and leveling annealing.

EFFECT: development of advantageous process of electrotechnical anisotropic (transformer) steel receiving.
