SUBSTANCE: the essence of invention consists in optimization of chemical composition of anisotropic electrical steel, and in adjustment of conversion technology depending on concentration of carbon in metal in heat. Invention provides for changing temperature of hot rolling end and degree of deformation in the second cold rolling with change of carbon concentration in steel.
