FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns ferrous metallurgy and can be used at production of electrotechnical anisotropic (transformer) steel. Method includes steel smelting, containing in wt %: 0.018-0.030 C; 2.9-3.3 Si; 0.15-0.30 Mn; 0.009-0.030 Al; 0.008-0.012 N2; 0.40-0.55 Cu, the rest is iron and unavoidable impurities, steel continuous casting, rough and finishing hot rolling, cold rolling at two stages with interim decarbonize annealing, high-temperature and levelling annealing, at that during the process of hot rolling before finishing rolling steel is heated till the temperature 1200-1260°C by means of any known methods, preferably high-frequency and rolling is completed at temperature 920-970°C.
EFFECT: production engineering simplification of steel manufacturing.
