FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the sphere of machine building. The proposed device enabling precise evaluation of geometrical dimensions in the process of thermal treatment of steel thin-walled ring-shaped internally corrugated products combined with reduction of expenditures related to the thermal treatment process is designed to consist of a support member composed of two interconnected hollow dismountable austentic fixtures. The fixtures, each consisting of two parts forming a slot for the corrugation element insertion within the connector area, are joined with the help of retaining pins installed within the connector plane. The above hollow fixtures surfaces lying within the connector plane are flat. The retaining pins are installed asymmetrically round the hollow fixtures. Each retaining pin is fixed inside one of the fixture parts so that to protrude outside the connector plane. The retaining pin protruding section is locked in the hole arranged in the other part of the fixture to correspond to the specific pin. In one of the fixture parts there are access through-holes arranged with a view of facilitating the fixture dismantlement.
EFFECT: precise evaluation of geometrical dimensions in the process of thermal treatment of steel thin-walled ring-shaped internally corrugated products combined with reduction of expenditures related to the thermal treatment process.
