Abstract RU 2261280 C1

FIELD: equipment for thermal processing of hollow thin-walled articles provided with inwardly oriented corrugations.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus has detachable austenite mandrels, each composed of sections connected with one another by conical surfaces. Sections are fastened for preventing rotation thereof with respect to one another around single pin by means of retainer formed as protrusion of pin pressed into one of sections and mating slot provided in other section. Conical protrusion is provided at end of one section and conical step is provided at end of other section. When assembled into single stack composed of set of mandrels, said conical protrusion and conical step are fixed in axially aligned relationship. Mandrels are positioned on base in axially aligned relationship with respect to one another by means of conical protrusion at lower ring and by means of conical step on base similar to step on ring. Rod with stop surface in its upper part is rigidly joined to base. Mandrel assembly is fixed in its upper part by means of pressure ring and wedges. Screen formed as ring is axially aligned with mandrels.

EFFECT: simplified construction and increased precision of article inner diameter.
