SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of wind-power engineering. Method of power generation consists in the fact that rotation of wind-power generator vanes is done by means of wind captured with the help of concentrator-diffuser system installed on rotary axis with the possibility of downwind turn and forming Laval nozzle in longitudinal section, in narrow part of which windwheel is installed, and elevating power is created in concentrator-diffuser. Downwind turn of the whole system is done by installation of rotary axis in front of concentrator fixed by slings to it, creation of elevating power is done by provision of truncated shape of concentrator and diffuser, and area of wind flow capture by concentrator is controlled by adjustment of slings length depending on number of windwheel rotations and deformation in slings holder. Device comprises concentrator-diffuser system installed on rotary axis forming Laval nozzle in longitudinal section, in narrow part of which windwheel is installed. Device is equipped with carcass frame that holds windwheel and deformable carcass rings retaining concentrator and diffuser cloth. Rotary axis is installed in front of concentrator and is connected by slings to it, which provide for concentrator closing-opening by adjustment of slings length, at that concentrator and diffuser are made as truncated, so that upper parts of concentrator and diffuser are longer than their lower parts.
EFFECT: improved efficiency and expansion of technical resources by installation of wind power generating plants in remote and hard-to-reach areas.
