SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering. It is achieved by the method according to which the wind turbine placed in the nozzle is installed in the place of the greatest acceleration of the wind flow when bending around the planes of the structure, namely at the corner of the junction of the planes of the structure, so that when the wind changes to the opposite one, the wind turbine continues to work, the planes of the diffuser and confuser are combined with the planes of the structure, which makes it possible to pass through the wind turbine the wind flow collected by the leeward plane of the structure together with the confuser and to divert this flow through the diffuser together with the opposite plane of the structure. The planes of the nozzle are solar cells that simultaneously capture the wind flow and capture photons arriving on these planes directly from the sun, and photons reflected from the planes of the structure, and sections of the wind farm with photocells are combined into two or more, creating a wind solar panel (WSP) from which the power plant is built in a continuous line along the entire length, where wind and solar flows are most effectively captured.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the efficiency of electricity generation.
