SUBSTANCE: method consists in rotation of rotating turbine blades due to flow of the wind reflected from side surface of obstacle and directed to the nozzle consisting of confuser and diffuser with similar convergence and divergence angles, arrangement of nozzle with turbine on the roof of facility on rotating platform so that confuser can be turned towards wind flow, and diffuser can be turned to opposite side; at that, nozzle confuser receives wind flow from several stationary confusers formed with planes of roof and vertical supports. Device includes side plane serving as wall of architectural structure and reflecting the wind flow, nozzle installed on the structure roof and consisting of confuser and diffuser with similar convergence and divergence angles and turbine in its narrow part, as well as upper roofing and vertical supports. Upper roofing and supports serve as structure for upper roofing structure and form stationary confusers or diffusers with similar opening angles in relation to the turbine. Turbine and nozzle are installed on rotating platform. Nozzle confuser and diffuser can be curved and can have the possibility of receiving the flow from several stationary confusers.
EFFECT: improving wind use efficiency by enlarging the gripping area, including reflected flows.
