FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dairy industry and can be used for manufacturing yoghurt. The method includes reconditioning of milk powder up to expected quantity of dry materials and introduction of deodorised concentrated fish broth in the dry materials amount of not less than 0.5% according to the volume of reconditioned milk. Then it is pasteurised and cooled down to the souring temperature. Inoculum is added, the product is soured, cooled down, vegetable puree is added in the amount of not less than 15% of the general weight of the product. It is mixed and packaged.

EFFECT: decreased time of the technological process, improvement of yoghurt quality with simultaneous increase of its nutritive and biologic value.
