FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to preserved food industry. Tinned food is made by cutting and browning carrots, leek and celeriac in the vegetable oil, cutting and freezing spring onions, cutting mussels, mixing the listed ingredients with tomato paste, acetic acid, sugar, salt, sodium benzoate, cinnamon, cloves, hot black pepper and laurel leaf without access for oxygen, packing the mixture and fish broth, sealing, cooling down and keeping till its ready.
EFFECT: new semi preserved products feature improved digestibility as compared to a similar dish.
