Canned food is cooked by beef liver cutting and frying in vegetable oil, cucumbers and tomatoes cutting and blanching, dill cutting and freezing, mixing of listed components under oxygen-free conditions with salt and calcium ascorbate, packing the obtained mixture and mayonnaise, sealing and sterilisation.

EFFECT: production of canned food with increased assimilability prepare dietary preserved food with better assimilability.
