SUBSTANCE: invention is related to food industry, namely to production of dietary preserves. Canned food is cooked by beef liver cutting and frying in vegetable oil, cucumbers and tomatoes cutting and blanching, dill cutting and freezing, mixing of listed components under oxygen-free conditions with salt and calcium ascorbate, packing the obtained mixture and mayonnaise, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: production of canned food with increased assimilability prepare dietary preserved food with better assimilability.
