FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: canned food are produced by cutting and blanching potatoes, tomatoes, cucumbers and paprika, cutting and freezing green onion and parsley and dill, cutting pike perch fillet, mixing the above components under oxygen-free conditions with table salt and calcium ascorbate, packing the obtained mix and mayonnaise, hermetic sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: cans for dietary meals have good digestibility.
