FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to food industry. Method provides for preparation of recipe components, tomatoes, cucumbers and paprikas cutting and blanching, leek, basil leaves, celery, parsley and dill cutting and freezing, tofu cutting, mixing of listed components with table salt and calcium ascorbate under oxygen-free conditions, packing of obtained mixture and vegetable oil, sealing and sterilisation. All ingredients are added in accordance with certain ratio.
EFFECT: this method allows manufacturing of new canned food for dietary feeding having higher digestibility as compared to similar culinary dish.
