FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves repairing anatomical structure of the orbital wall of the frontal sinus. Extranasal access method is used. Large fragment of demineralized bone graft corresponding in size and shape to the lacking orbital wall is modeled from tubular bone cross-section slice. The graft is introduced under the periosteum and attached to the facial wall through the openings superimposed. The graft is approached to the posterior sinus wall in its inferior parts. The draining tube and the hemostatic sponge treated with bone powder from the graft are concurrently fixed. EFFECT: avoided cosmetic defects of face; repaired physiological function of the sinus.
