FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves performing endonasal dilation of nasal canal with tubular drain introduced. The wound is tamponed every day with oxygenated hen egg protein containing target action antibiotic handling it in open access mode until fractured bone mobility is reduced. Then the bone defect is covered with graft and soft tissues are tightly sutured. Window size depends on soft tissues wound size in cases of open fractures.
