FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medial equipment, particularly surgical tools, and can be applied in dilation, e.g. of buttocks of patients with deep intergluteal cleft for surgical intervention to rectus with perineal access. Device includes dilation pair including two fixation elements and intermediary element. Intermediary element consists of three strings and intermediary lath positioned between two fixation elements. Each fixation element includes case, cover, frame, handle and two spring elements. Back case wall features six through slits. Six hooks are firmly attached to external surface of back wall. Frame includes central lath with T-shaped groove at its upper end and three transverse laths with six hooks attached to their external surface. Hooks pass through slits in back case wall. Lath can move vertically inside the case. Two spring elements are positioned between upper transverse lath and upper case wall. Fixation element handle passes through figured hole in upper case wall and features projection, neck and head. Neck and head are positioned inside T-shaped groove of central lath on moving frame. Fixation element cover features three cylindrical projections at one end and three parallelepiped projections with slanted top facet at the other end. All projections have through orifices. Strings pass through the orifices. Heads are attached to string ends by threaded junction. Immobile hooks are attached to fixation element case. Mobile hooks are attached to moving frame and oriented towards each other by curved ends.

EFFECT: high quality dilation, e.g. of buttocks, particularly for obese people.
