FIELD: medical instruments.

SUBSTANCE: grip can be used for resection of rectum caused by cancer for patients having narrow pelvis. Grip for temporal overlapping space of hollow organ deep cavities has handle with control mechanism, removable branches and mechanism for fixing removable branches. Two pairs of removable branches are mounted at rotary rod. Rod is disposed in plane being perpendicular to plane of branches. Top and lower branches of any pair are disposed in parallel one to other and connected together by means of guiding post and threaded screw for replacement of top branch in relation to lower one. Opening for guiding post and opening with thread for treaded screw are made in top branch. Grip provided reliable overlapping of space in hollow organ in deeper cavities under conditions of space deficit and poor visibility when temporal uniform overlapping of space of hollow organ should be provided without reduction in sizes of operation field as during putting grip on and after resection of intestine.
