FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: surgical ejector tip comprises hollow body, aspiration tube installed inside body, detachable head and nozzle for ejector hose fixed on the end opposite to the working end of hollow body. At its working end body is threaded for detachable head, and slots are provided circularly in the end, and rectangular hole is arranged at the opposite end. Tube is installed inside the body with the possibility of reciprocal motion under spring effect and is equipped with protrusions circularly installed at its working end with possibility of entry into body slots. Tube has side hole with thread for fixation of bolt body inserted through body window and provided for displacement of aspiration tube. Detachable head is made in the form of hollow taper with the hole in the center of its truncated part and four slots from the side of basis that coincide with body slots. At the end of aspiration tube working element is fixed in the form of hemisphere by means of four radially installed planks, which are rigidly fixed to external surface of aspiration tube protrusions. Angle between upper surface of aspiration tube protrusions and external surface of planks is equal to angle between external surface of head and body surface. Spring is installed outside hollow body inside cover installed at the end of hollow body that is opposite to the working end. One end of spring is rigidly fixed to orifice, which in its turn is rigidly fixed to internal surface of cover back wall, and the other end of spring is arranged in the form of loop that is fixed around the bolt.
EFFECT: possibility to remove biological liquids from deep cavities of organism with low volumes of aspirated medium, continuously, not removing tip from cavity for its cleaning from clots.
